What materials do you use for your products?

All our garments and accessories are made from natural fabrics or certified recycled fibers (GRS – Global Recycled Standard). We also use eco-sustainable, recycled, and biodegradable materials to ensure comfort, safety, and respect for the environment. The only exceptions are Fashion Dog products and some Skovtail items, which are made from technical materials for greater safety and comfort for the animal.

Are SkovTail products safe for animals?

Yes, every product is designed with the well-being of the dog and cat in mind. We use no irritating chemicals, and all hygiene treatments are dermatologically safe.

How do I choose the right size for my dog?

On our site you will find detailed size charts by breed and size. We recommend that you measure:

• The length of the back (from the neck to the base of the tail)

• the circumference of the neck

• the circumference of the chest (at the widest point, behind the front legs)
  Compare the measurements with our chart to find the most suitable size.

Do you make international shipments?

Yes, we ship throughout the EU, as well as to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, and Norway.

Starting November 1, 2025, shipping is also available to the United States (US) and Canada.

From December 6, 2025, shipments will also be extended to the Gulf and Middle East countries, namely: United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.

Any customs duties, local taxes, or import costs shall always be borne by the purchaser.

How long does it take to receive the order?

Delivery time varies from 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination.

For shipments subject to customs checks, delivery times may be extended.

Is it possible to get free shipping?

Shipping in Italy is always free, with no minimum order amount and no code required.

Are your products washable?

Yes, all of our products are washable. We recommend that you follow the instructions on the label to ensure maximum durability and maintain the quality of the materials.

Do you have specific products for cats?

Of course! In addition to dog accessories and hygiene items, we also offer shampoos, conditioners, and gentle treatments designed specifically for cat skin and coat care.

Where are SkovTail products made?

Our garments are designed and handcrafted in Italy, combining sartorial elegance, comfort and sustainability.

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?

Yes, you can request a return within the terms stated in our Terms of Sale. Just contact us by email and we will guide you through the process.
