SkovTail is a brand that is an integral part of the Ashborne Group.
All prices are inclusive of VAT/VAT
Scope of Operation
SkovTail informs its customers that product sales and shipments currently cover almost all countries in the European Union, as well as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, and Norway.
We currently do not ship to Greece, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madeira, Azores, Corsica, Ceuta and Melilla.
Starting November 1, 2025, our products will also be available to customers in the United States (US) and Canada.
Starting December 6, 2025, shipments will also be extended to the Gulf and Middle East countries, namely: United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
Any customs duties, local taxes, or import costs shall always be borne by the purchaser.
Orders from countries not included among those served cannot be accepted or processed.
SkovTail reserves the right to update the list of countries served at any time without notice.
Materials and Production
Most SkovTail products (excluding Fashion Dog products) are made from eco-friendly, recycled, and recyclable materials. However, some of our products are made from high-quality synthetic materials, which are specifically chosen to ensure the well-being, comfort, and safety of your pet.
The sales section of each product always specifies whether it is made from eco-friendly materials, so as to ensure maximum transparency to our customers.

Skovtail Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council, implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree No. 21 of Feb. 21, 2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the time they acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. Methods of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Skovtail of his or her decision to withdraw from the contract through an explicit statement, which can be sent:

3. Obligations of the Consumer in the Event of Return.
The product must be returned to Skovtail within 14 days from the date the consumer communicates his or her decision to cancel. The consumer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the item (shipping).
Conditions of return:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts (including accessories, manuals and other materials).
- The product must be undamaged and show no signs of use or damage.
4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Customized or custom-made products.
5. Refund
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Skovtail will refund all payments received from the consumer, excluding shipping costs and any incidental charges, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used by the consumer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Nota Bene:
All returns must be made in accordance with the above terms. Skovtail reserves the right to withhold the refund until receipt and verification of the condition of the product.
Note additional:
SkovTail reserves the right to refuse to process a refund if the returned product does not conform to the description provided by the purchaser at the time of the return request, or exhibits signs of use, damage, or deficiencies that violate the Conditions of Return stated above.
In such a case, the decision will be promptly communicated to the buyer, providing a detailed explanation accompanied by photographic evidence attesting to the condition of the product received.

SkovTail disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other damages resulting from improper, negligent, or deviant use of its products, including those marketed through authorized resellers.
The user agrees to use, wash, maintain, and store the products in accordance with the instructions, warnings, and recommendations provided by SkovTail, set forth in the data sheets, manuals, or labels attached to each product.
Any use not in accordance with the above instructions expressly releases SkovTail from all civil and contractual liability for damage to persons, animals or property.
